Corporate Secretary
The Corporate Secretary is in charge and acts as a liaison between investors, OJK, IDX, and other stakeholders. In addition, the corporate secretary ensures that all activities carried out by the Company are in accordance with the applicable regulations set by the regulators in Indonesia so as to maintain the integrity and compliance of the Company. The Corporate Secretary also informs regulators (OJK and IDX) and shareholders regarding the Company's business performance such as financial reports through, through social media, news publications, and other media intermediaries. Siska W. P
Indonesian citizen who was born in Jakarta in 1987 and domiciled in Jakarta. She Joined PT Berdikari Foundation Perkasa since 2019 as Rental and Contract Administrator. Currently, She serves as Corporate Secretary.
She completed her Bachelor of Communication Education majoring in Journalism at the University of Satya Negara Indonesia, Jakarta in 2009.
Before joining PT Berdikari Perkasa Foundation, she worked at PTAmanah Anugerah Alam, 2016 as a Public Procedure Specialist. Previously, She worked at PTPrudential Life Insurance, Policy Holder Services division, 2014. From 2012 to 2014 she worked at PT Bank UOB Indonesia, Anti Fraud & Investigation division and finally, at the beginning of her career after earning her bachelor's degree in 2010 worked at PTMAYAPADA Bank, Fraud Banking Management Division.
